Sneha Adhikari, PE

Sneha is a professional engineer who champions safer, more welcoming streets for people walking, biking, and taking transit. Her passion is evident at every stage of her work, from analyzing crash risk factors and evaluating countermeasures through to final design and construction. She has brought separated bike lanes, quick-build safety treatments, and pedestrian improvements to life in cities including Boston, Cambridge, and Providence. As a project manager, Sneha has led an on-call safety program for the City of Salem, separated bike lane projects for the City of Cambridge, and design guidance for small towns. She excels at bringing together project teams, municipal staff, and community members to shape streets that work for everyone. Sneha is an Associate at Toole Design and has served on the firm’s FAIR task force.

Outside the office, she enjoys nature, reading, and exploring the city by bike, train, and on foot.
