Tobi Otulana
Project Planner I
Tobi is a planner in Toole Design’s Columbus office. She has an interdisciplinary background in sociology and geography and holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning. Tobi brings experience in GIS, stakeholder engagement, program development, and Complete Streets design and policy development. She is passionate about providing safe, healthy, enjoyable, and dignified transportation options that center people who have been marginalized by their race, age, income, or disability.
Aside from work, Tobi enjoys engaging in non-profit advocacy, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and kickboxing.
