Tom Nosal, PE

Tom is a project engineer in Toole Design’s Boston office. His design experience includes reconstruction of streets and sidewalks to improve safety, comfort, and accessibility for people walking and biking, green infrastructure in the right-of-way, utility reconstruction, and site development. Tom is dedicated to helping cities and towns build infrastructure that is safe, vibrant, and enjoyable for all who use it.

Outside the office, Tom gets a kick out of moving cumbersome things by bicycle, working on and sailing his boat, ice skating, knitting, and raising quail.
