Vineesh is a planner in Toole Design’s Spartanburg office. He brings experience in comprehensive and land use planning, environmental planning and management, GIS, and design application. Vineesh is passionate about active transportation, sustainability, safety, and equity in transportation planning. He is committed to using his technical knowledge and extensive GIS and design skills to create more people-centric plans and project strategies.
When not at work, Vineesh enjoys traveling, exploring new places, drone photography, playing soccer, and baking desserts.
