Broadway Corridor Multimodal Planning

Project Summary

We created a redevelopment plan for the 32-acre Broadway Corridor in the heart of downtown Portland. The Broadway Corridor project is a once-in-a-generation unique, diverse, vibrant, sustainable, mixed-use, and dense urban district seamlessly integrated with a regional multimodal transportation hub. We assisted with an assessment of site conditions, traffic analysis, freight circulation and access, and parking requirements. Additionally, we led the development of 20% public works plans for eight new city blocks on the 13-acre Post Office site, working closely with the design team to ensure the design choices interfaced with the overall vision for the site.
