Jared Draper, AICP
Raleigh Office Director
Jared is the Director of the Toole Design office in Raleigh, NC. Jared brings a blend of public and private planning experience in multimodal transportation projects, land use planning, and site design. He has experience with public facilitation, corridor and small area planning, land development, and long range planning efforts. Jared brings strong Complete Streets experience and has utilized GIS and on-the-ground site assessments to develop streets that work for all users. He has the ability to balance the context of a community with innovative transportation solutions that improve functionality and address local needs.
When not in the office, Jared enjoys biking on dirt roads, playing with his dog, racing cyclocross, and a great cup of coffee.
