Daniel David, PE

Daniel is a professional engineer based in Toole Design’s Los Angeles office with extensive experience in delivering high-quality final construction documents for transportation and public works projects at the state, regional, and local levels. He specializes in highway and roadway design, active transportation improvements, ADA required improvements and retrofittings, and roadway safety. Daniel’s engineering work is informed by his passion to serve communities by promoting safe, livable and reliable multimodal streets, closing equity gaps, and enhancing the overall quality of life for the people within them.

Daniel loves spending time with his family, listening to and making music, watching films, running, and reading.
