Cindy Zerger, AICP, ASLA has been named Deputy Director for Toole Design’s Minneapolis office. A values-driven design professional dedicated to helping communities transform their built environments to better serve the people who use them, Cindy brings a collaborative approach to leadership that will be an asset to Toole Design’s growing Twin Cities practice. She brings a strong sense of purpose and a deep knowledge of what makes places work for people who walk, bike, and drive to community-focused planning and design projects. She was named an Associate of the firm in 2016.
