TDG has been working with national bicycle advocacy group PeopleForBikes to develop a new resource for communities who are looking to improve the connectivity of their bicycle facilities. The BNA tool from PfB allows any city to upload information on their street network and see where the high-stress gaps and challenges are for people who bike in their areas.
Read more about the BNA tool and see scores for your cities over at the PfB Blog.
TDG planners Spencer Gardner, AICP and Adam Wood, AICP will join PFB and others from around the country at the Places For Bikes Conference in Madison, WI later this month. Spencer will be presenting a detailed introduction to the BNA tool and will be on hand to answer questions about the methodology and the data science behind this innovative new way to think about streets in your community. Join us there!
