Isaac Simmons
Office Coordinator
Isaac (they/them) is the Office Coordinator for the Boston office, supporting administrative needs across the company. Before joining Toole Design, Isaac worked as a grassroots DEIB consultant. They have worked with nonprofits and churches in over 25 states and three countries to advance justice-driven missions by upending cycles of harm within the organizations’ communities and exploring strengths-based paths to reconciliation and healing. Isaac holds a BA in Business Management from Illinois Wesleyan University and is pursuing an MDiv in Global and Community Engagement at Boston University.
In their free time, Isaac is an avid reader, writer, and drag artist, exploring the beautiful intersection of queerness, joy, and community.
