Devin Louie, PE

Devin is a transportation engineer focused on using data-centered and programmatic implementation approaches to deliver complex multimodal projects. He has served clients across the U.S. and Ireland by leading environmental studies, corridor plans, long-range transportation plans, and grant applications, as well as contributing to the delivery of capital programs through streamlined process development. Devin specializes in traffic and safety analysis, public engagement, and multi-jurisdictional stakeholder facilitation.

Outside of the office, Devin is an avid bike rider and world traveler.
