Complete Streets and Shared Streets
A complete street provides an equitable experience for all users, whether they are walking, bicycling, driving, riding transit, or delivering goods. At Toole Design, our staff are experts at preparing award-winning Complete Streets design manuals. We apply this expertise to design multimodal streets that are enjoyable, functional, and safe, whether they are located in a big city, a small downtown, a suburban neighborhood, or a rural area. Our innovative work on accessible shared streets, for example, breaks new ground in accommodating people with vision disabilities into multimodal streetscapes.
