Multimodal Transportation Plans

Transportation planning must balance everything from electric scooters to parking, commuting by car, bike, or bus, and simply getting across the street safely on foot. Toole Design’s approach to multimodal challenge, whether as part of a communitywide transportation plan or the transportation element of a larger planning process, is to create a multidisciplinary team to capture the guiding principles and values of the residents and stakeholders; develop technically sound traffic models and analysis tools; and propose context sensitive solutions to meet the quality of service goals of the community. And we will always put people at the heart of the plan.
