Identifying potential right-of-way and utility issues early on is critical to the successful completion of most construction projects. Toole Design staff take a proactive approach by working up front with project stakeholders to identify innovative ways to refine designs and minimize impacts. In constrained environments and where impacts are unavoidable, we coordinate with utility and property owners to manage utility relocation or right-of-way acquisition to ensure seamless project delivery.
