Aminah Brooks
Engineer II
Aminah is an experienced project designer with a background in both construction and design of utility systems and services including sewer, stormwater, gas, and electric. She started her career coordinating solar farm construction in Howard County before transitioning to site and civil design for residential and commercial projects in the Baltimore area, where she built skills in roadway design, signage and markings, and lighting design. She is excited for the shift to the active transportation industry and hopes to utilize her design knowledge in new innovative ways.
Outside of work, Aminah enjoys being part of her local pottery guild and taking on woodworking projects with her father.
