Bella DiCaro, EIT

Bella is a designer and engineer with experience in transportation engineering and civil engineering, focusing on active transportation improvements and all things Complete Streets. She has experience with highway geometric design, drafting, and modeling. In addition to her engineering work, she has also been a contributor to safety planning efforts, corridor studies, and grant applications.

When she’s away from her desk, you can find her crafting up a storm, heads down in a good book, or being the emotional support human to her very spoiled puppy.
