Doug is passionate about helping communities create more livable and connected places through integrated transportation solutions that expand mobility options and support sustainable growth. With over 20 years of experience working with transit agencies, cities, and counties, he draws on his background in transit and land use planning to develop practical solutions that improve mobility, support placemaking, and strengthen connections between people and the places they live, work, and play. He is particularly interested in how thoughtful planning and design can enhance communities while preserving natural resources and the surrounding environment.
Outside of work, Doug enjoys surfing, hiking, biking, skiing, and exploring new places.
