Hector is an engineer in Toole Design’s Boston office. He specializes in multimodal design that provides pedestrians and cyclists a safe space on the roadway. Hector graduated from Northeastern University with a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering where, in his senior year, he was able to redesign a two-mile section of a road in Mansfield, MA by recommending transportation infrastructure upgrades that promote walking and biking. He also has two years of co-op experience with Toole Design, where he was able to work on intersection and corridor redesigns around Massachusetts.
Outside of the office, Hector enjoys cooking, playing and watching soccer, gaming, and going to the beach in Puerto Rico when possible.
