Jaime is a people-centered operations and talent leader specializing in talent acquisition, human resources, workforce development, and strategic operations. At Modern Health, she was recognized as an “Ops Hero” for her leadership in provider network growth, process innovation, and DEIB-focused partnerships, and she was nominated for the Virginia Hart Special Recognition Award while serving as Diversity Officer for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Throughout her career, Jaime has earned a reputation for turning complex challenges into practical solutions, whether developing leadership programs, improving recruiting strategies, or strengthening workplace culture.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and cheering on her two sons at their sporting events.
