Jalen Veith
Engineer
Jalen is an engineer in Toole Design’s Silver Spring office. He holds a BS in civil engineering and a certificate in programming and computing from the University of Texas at Austin. Originally from San Antonio, Austin’s strong bike and transit culture sparked Jalen’s interest in bus, rail, and pedestrian-friendly transportation planning. His passion for sustainable, inclusive transportation led him to Toole Design, where he brings experience in survey and roadway design.
During his leisure time, Jalen enjoys jogging and cycling on local trails, exploring his new home in Arlington, VA, reading about history, and watching films when he gets the chance.
