Jean is a transportation and trails planning consultant with more than two decades of experience helping public agencies deliver successful, community-focused mobility initiatives across North America. She brings a people-first, collaborative approach to developing practical, implementable plans — grounded in best practices and informed by experience spanning national research and policy, statewide planning, and local project delivery. As a principal and project manager, Jean has led multidisciplinary teams and multiple award-winning efforts, helping clients navigate complex challenges and advance clear, actionable solutions that improve safety, access, and connectivity. Jean currently serves on the City of Spartanburg Design Review Board and was previously a board member for TRB’s Forum on Preparing for Automated Vehicles and Shared Mobility Services, East Coast Greenway Alliance, and Wholespire.
