Jennifer Fisher, THRP

Jenn is a People & Culture Generalist based in Toole Design’s Albuquerque office. She brings more than 16 years of Human Resources experience across healthcare, hospitality, and other complex organizations. Her experience spans employee relations, benefits administration, HR operations, compliance, payroll, recruiting, and organizational development. Jenn is especially passionate about making HR practical and approachable—creating processes that make sense, supporting employees and leaders through the complicated stuff, and helping build workplaces where people feel informed, respected, and empowered.

Outside the office, Jenn enjoys exploring New Mexico’s mountains, traveling, spending time with her two kids, and finding any excuse for a good charcuterie board.
