Justin Soltesz, PE
Project Engineer II
Justin is a licensed Professional Engineer with experience working on a variety of transportation projects in the City of Columbus and throughout Ohio. He is a Project Engineer in Toole Design’s Columbus office and has experience with geometric design, drainage design, signing and pavement markings, maintenance of traffic, utility coordination, and quantity tabulation and cost estimates. Justin is passionate about designing projects that make our streets and transportation system safer and more comfortable for all people and all modes of transportation.
Outside the office, Justin enjoys biking and is an avid runner, having completed more than 10 marathons.
