Justus Gonzalez

Justus is a People and Culture Coordinator in Toole Design’s Los Angeles office. His experience includes performance management and administrative support in high-volume environments. Through roles in customer service leadership and human resources, he has developed strong skills in team collaboration, employee support, scheduling, training, and organizational operations. He is passionate about building positive workplace experiences, contributing to organizational success, and providing warm hospitality to whoever he comes into contact with.

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and partner, catching as many Los Angeles Lakers games as possible, and attending live shows or a theme park on occasion.
