Kate Rozen
Project Planner
Kate is a Project Planner based in Connecticut, where she supports communities in advancing active transportation, e-bike access, and transit equity. With a strong foundation in public policy, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable mobility, she brings deep expertise in project implementation and funding strategy at the municipal and state levels. Kate is completing her master’s degree in Sustainable Transportation at the University of Washington and has served on multiple transportation advisory boards, including the Connecticut Public Transportation Council and the CHEAPR electric vehicle incentive board. She is passionate about helping communities design safer, more connected streets that reflect local priorities and improve quality of life.
Outside the office, Kate plays a lot of tennis, enjoys gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
