Lakesha Dunbar

Lakesha is the Director of Toole Design’s Spartanburg Office. She is a planner whose work is primarily with local governments and extends to regional, state, and private collaborations with a focus on the implementation of multimodal transportation. Lakesha’s experience includes implementation of two bike and pedestrian plans for Winston-Salem, NC and Oklahoma City, OK; bike lane and traffic signal design; project budget and management; travel demand modeling; and long range transportation plan development and implementation, with emphasis on congestion management and Title IV.

Aside from work, Lakesha takes joy in spending traveling with family, cooking, crafting, decorating, and event planning.
