Lakesha Dunbar

Lakesha is the Spartanburg Office Director. She is a planner whose work is primarily with local governments and extends to regional, state, and private collaborations focused on multimodal transportation implementation. Lakesha’s experience includes implementation of two bike and pedestrian plans for Winston-Salem, NC and Oklahoma City, OK; bike lane and traffic signal design; project budget and management; travel demand modeling; and long range transportation plan development and implementation, with emphasis on congestion management and Title IV.

Aside from work, Lakesha takes joy in spending traveling with family, cooking, crafting, decorating, and event planning.
