Letitia Cetina
Planner II
Letitia (they/them) is a planner in Toole Design’s Columbus office. With a background in the public sector, nonprofit work, and bike advocacy, Letitia has a strong foundation in active transportation planning and community engagement. Alongside a bachelor’s in City and Regional Planning, they also hold a minor in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Ohio State University. They previously worked as a planner for the City of Columbus, where they supported efforts to improve mobility and quality of life at the local level. Letitia is passionate about creating vibrant, walkable, and bike-friendly communities and is excited to contribute to projects that make streets safer and more inclusive.
In their downtime, Letitia loves spending time with friends, knitting while listening to podcasts, and treasure hunting at thrift stores for clothes to mend and make their own.
