Michael Mitchell
Planner
Michael is a planner in Toole Design’s Madison office. After interning for a year, he developed experience and a drive for community outreach and GIS map making. He brings an inquisitive and eager determination to all areas of transportation planning, aiming to provide community-driven solutions to issues in underrepresented communities.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys creative writing and reading, as well as engaging in hands-on design projects.
