Norm Marshall
Senior Principal Planner
Norm helped found Smart Mobility, Inc. in 2001. Prior to this, he was at RDG for 14 years where he developed a national practice in travel demand modeling. He specializes in analyzing the relationships between the built environment and travel behavior, with a focus on planning that coordinates multimodal transportation with land use and community needs. He is a nationally recognized expert in modeling non-motorized trips and induced travel, as well as applying Dynamic Traffic Assignment (DTA).
Outside of the office, Norm enjoys neighborhood dog walking and attending music and theater events.
