Olguine Alcide, PE

Olguine is an engineer specializing in multimodal street design and traffic engineering. She brings extensive experience translating complex transportation challenges into practical, human-centered infrastructure solutions, with a background in geometric design, traffic analysis, and project delivery from concept through construction. Prior to joining Toole Design, she worked for the New York City Department of Transportation where she played a key role in delivering the rapid expansion of NYC’s bike, pedestrian, and bus infrastructure. Olguine approaches every project with a commitment to safety, equity, and the seamless movement of people through urban space.

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, digital illustration, 3D art, and learning to code.
