Omar is a transportation planner who leads and supports multimodal planning projects, Vision Zero and roadway safety action plans, and Transportation Demand Management planning across the Mountain region. He is highly experienced in light rail, streetcar, and bus transit planning, along with regional roadway, bicycle, and pedestrian safety planning. He has worked within regional government agencies to plan and deliver safe multimodal options for communities. Omar is passionate about providing communities with safer, more convenient, and more comfortable mobility choices.
When not planning, you can find Omar gaming, enjoying the 300 days of sunshine via bicycle, and traveling to experience cities with his husband.
