Shaun Murphy-Lopez is a transportation planner with eight years of experience working on bicycle and pedestrian projects and initiatives. He previously served as the Bicycle & Pedestrian Coordinator in Minneapolis, MN, where he managed numerous projects to improve conditions for non-motorized travelers. Shaun has extensive experience working with the public, engineers, and policy makers. He has also studied bicycling and walking in European cities, including Amsterdam, Copenhagen, and Munster, Germany. As a result of these experiences, he is able to carry projects forward with an eye toward both political feasibility and innovative design. Shaun works in Toole Design Group’s Minneapolis and Madison offices.
During the warmer months, he runs an organic farm in Southwestern Wisconsin, where he lives with his husband and too many animals to list.
