Wendy Phelps, AICP

Wendy is a Senior Planner with a decade of experience in active transportation, helping communities plan for healthier and safer built environments. Wendy has managed and participated in the development of bicycle and pedestrian master plans, corridor studies, design toolkits, Vision Zero action plans, and several Safe Routes to School projects at various scales.  Her varied skillset includes project management, writing and editing, creating strategy and materials for public engagement, and developing program and policy recommendations.

When Wendy is not at her desk, she can be found reading, exploring trails on a bike or on foot, and thinking about what to eat next.
