Project Engineer
Zoe is an engineer and planner who supports multimodal projects, travel demand modeling programs, and active modes planning across the Mountain region. She has worked with and within government agencies, private institutions, regional commissions, and communities across the United States and in Canada. Zoe is passionate about sustainability, quality design and user experience, and environmental justice, all of which she incorporates into her work each day.
When she’s not traveling, Zoe enjoys reading and supplying her kitchen with ingredients from her garden.
