Transportation Demand Management
Travel behaviors don’t automatically change when a ribbon is cut. Toole Design helps communities design and implement the programs and services needed to create a more equitable and sustainable transportation system. Overcoming the historically institutionalized advantages of the private car isn’t easy, but by building great facilities, focusing on the user experience, and implementing no-nonsense incentive programs, we can change travel behavior at the individual level to create meaningful change at the workplace, institutional, and community levels.
