We’re pleased to welcome Ryan Batty, P.Eng to our Edmonton office as a Senior Engineer. Ryan brings over 15 years of experience in transportation engineering and planning in communities across Alberta.
“I’m thrilled to have Ryan join our team and expand our Canadian design expertise,” said Tyler Golly, P.Eng, Edmonton Office Director and Western Canada Market Lead. “His experience with integrating complex multimodal street design with existing communities, such as Edmonton’s Valley Line, will help us as we work with clients across North America to transform their streets and transportation systems.”
Ryan joins Toole Design with extensive experience in the design and tender of multimodal roadways, traffic engineering, and transit projects. His work in rural and urban settings gives him a wide range of projects from which to draw on as he applies his skills to streets that work for people of all ages and abilities.
“Toole Design has a lot of project history and experience with sustainable transportation design,” said Ryan. “I am excited to join the team and work on projects that will help shape our communities and promote sustainable transportation throughout Western Canada.”
