Transportation Demand Management
Travel behaviors don’t automatically change when a ribbon is cut. Toole Design helps communities design and implement the ongoing encouragement efforts needed to create a more equitable and sustainable transportation system. By leveraging parking policy and pricing tools, subsidized transit programs, and “nudging” programs, we help change behavior at the individual level to create positive change at the workplace, community, and institutional level.
