As Toole Design continues to grow in 2026, we are proud to have team members ready to take on new challenges and responsibility. We recently welcomed a new class of Associates selected for their initiative, leadership potential, and commitment to growing with the firm. Representing our offices across the country, these eleven individuals bring diverse expertise and perspectives to the program.
Throughout the two-year program, the Associates will build leadership skills through hands-on experience, including one-on-one mentorship with company leaders and the opportunity to contribute to companywide initiatives in their second year.
