The two-year Associates program at Toole Design helps to prepare these exemplary staff members by combining leadership training with the opportunity to work alongside current leaders.
This fall, we appointed a new class of Associates representing a wide cross section of Toole Design’s technical and operations staff based across North America — our largest cohort to date.
The program will comprise an assessment of personal strengths, structured conversations around different aspects of the business and leadership topics, one-on-one time with the current company leadership, and the opportunity to lead important companywide initiatives in year two of the appointment.
