General Directions

Toole Design Group’s headquarters is located in downtown Silver Spring, MD, immediately adjacent to the Silver Spring Metro Station. Our address is One Inventa Place, West Tower, on the corner of Georgia Avenue and Wayne Avenue. When visiting, please ask the lobby attendant for elevator access to our office on the 9th floor, Suite 950. If you have trouble locating the office, please call 301.927.1900 for assistance.

Biking Directions from the Southeast
Ride north on 14th Street NW North to Luzon Avenue NW. Veer right on Luzon Avenue onto Aspen Street NW. Take a left on Piney Branch Road NW. At Eastern Ave, take a left onto the Met Branch Trail. Continue on the Met Branch Trail to Fenton Street (trail ends prior to the intersection with Philadelphia). Continue on Fenton Street to Wayne Avenue and make a left.

Biking Directions from the East
From the Sligo Creek Trail: Exit trail at Dale Drive Park, go uphill on Hartford Ave to Thayer Ave. Take a right on Thayer Ave. Take a left on Grove Street, and then a right on Silver Spring Ave. Cross Georgia Avenue onto Dixon Avenue. Take a left on Ripley Street and follow it around to Ramsey Ave.

Biking Directions from the North and West
Use the Capital Crescent Trail (signed as the Georgetown Branch Trail). Follow the trail to Silver Spring and continue to follow the Georgetown Branch signage through the neighborhood to 2nd Avenue. Make a right on 2nd Avenue, which will turn into Wayne Avenue before intersecting with Georgia Avenue.

Biking Directions from Southwest
Follow Beach Drive north to Beach Drive NW (a right turn just north of Wise Road.) Turn right again on Kalmia Road NW, then a quick left at East Beach Drive, NW. Go two blocks to N. Portal Drive, NW and turn right. Climb to the traffic circle at 16th Street and Colesville Road and Eastern Avenue. Right on 16th Street NW to the signalized crosswalk just south of the traffic circle. Cross 16th Street, then left to cross Eastern Avenue to Colesville Road. Take Colesville Road to Wayne Avenue, then right on Wayne Avenue to the office.

Bike Parking Options
Bike racks are available on the building plaza near the breezeway between Wayne and Georgia Avenue. Bike parking is also available in the One Inventa Place Towers garage on the P1 level (only available during working hours) – enter from Wayne Avenue. For staff, there is a locked bike room with a repair station on P1.

By Metrorail

Take the Red Line to the Silver Spring Metro Station. Exit the station on the east side of Colesville Road and walk north along Colesville Road until you get to Wayne Avenue. Take a right and continue along Wayne Avenue. The building will be on your left, on the corner of Wayne Avenue and Georgia Avenue.

Driving Directions from the Capital Beltway

Take I-95 South to exit 27 to merge onto I-495 W toward Silver Spring. Take exit 30 to merge onto US-29 S/Colesville Road/Columbia Pike toward Silver Spring. Continue to follow US-29/Colesville Road. Daily parking is available in either the building or public garage.

• One Inventa Place Towers Garage: Make a U-turn at Wayne Avenue. The entrance will be on your right.
• Bonifant-Dixon Public Parking Garage: From US-29/Colesville Road, turn left onto Georgia Avenue. Go to the second stoplight on Georgia Avenue and take a right on Wayne Avenue. At the next light, turn left onto Dixon Avenue. The entrance to the Bonifant-Dixon parking garage will be on your right.

Walking from Parking Garage to One Inventa Place, West Tower

Exiting the Bonifant-Dixon parking garage, walk down Dixon Avenue to the T-intersection with Wayne Avenue. Cross the intersection to the plaza and West Entrance.
