Alexandra “Zan” Frackelton is a transportation planner with extensive experience in research, data analysis, design, communication and project coordination. Trained in both urban planning and civil engineering at Georgia Tech, her project work has ranged from multimodal policy development, health impact assessment, best practices research, pedestrian data analysis and prioritization, to traffic signal design and bicycle detection. She is experienced in communicating with diverse audiences throughout the phases of project planning, design and implementation. Prior to joining Toole Design, Zan was an Engineering Trainee at the Portland Bureau of Transportation.
In her spare time, Zan enjoys reading, biking, hiking, and singing in local choirs.
