Five years ago, Toole Design created an Associates program to recognize members of staff who provide exemplary contributions to the company. The program is an effective way to harness the talents of passionate team members and engage them in projects that contribute to the well-being of the firm—for example, leading our internship and training programs.
This fall, we appointed a new class of Associates with a deliberate focus on building a leadership cohort over the course of a two-year, structured program of activities, mentoring, and professional development. The Associates Class of 2021 is drawn from a wide cross section of Toole Design’s technical and operations staff.

We’re committed to helping them develop as professionals and as future leaders in the company,” said Jennifer Toole in welcoming the Associates Class of 2021. “I want to thank Jessica Fields and Nick Jackson for helping re-shape this program to prepare us well for the exciting future we see ahead of us all.”
The leadership program will comprise an assessment of personal strengths; structured conversations around different aspects of the business and leadership topics; one-on-one time with the current company leadership; and the opportunity to lead important companywide initiatives in year two of the appointment.
